Joseph M. Tucci
is President and Chief Executive Officer
of EMC Corporation, a position he has held
since January 2001, one year after he joined
the company in the newly created position
of President and Chief Operating Officer.
He is based at EMC headquarters in Hopkinton,
Massachusetts. |
Since
his arrival at EMC, Tucci has transformed
the company to broaden its technology and
market leadership beyond high-end storage
platforms into the most comprehensive information
lifecycle the most aggressive schedule of
new product |

introductions in EMC history,
including a refresh of the company's entire product
line; a revolutionary new architecture (Symmetrix Direct
Matrix) that redefined high-end storage; the CLARiiON
CX series, which established EMC as the performance
and price leader in mid-tier storage; the expansion
of the EMC Celerra line of network-attached storage;
and the introduction of Centera Content Addressed Storage,
which established a new category of storage for the
fixed content market. |
Tucci is one of 150 CEO members
of The Business Roundtable and chairs its Task Force
on Education and the Workforce. He is one of eight chief
executives who steer the Computer Systems Policy Project,
the technology industry's leading advocacy organization.
He is a member of the Board of Advisors of the Carroll
School of Management at Boston College and the School
of Economics and Management at Tsinghua University,
Beijing. |

Mr.
Gee is Vice President of Business Operations for
Cisco¡¯s Data Center and Switching Technology
Group. He joined Cisco with its 2004 acquisition
of Andiamo Systems, the developer of Cisco¡¯s
MDS SAN Switch Product Family, where he was President
and CEO. |
Prior
to Andiamo Systems Mr. Gee held management positions
in Engineering, Marketing, Business Development
and Operations at Hewlett-Packard Company, National
Semiconductor, 3COM, Crescendo Communications,
Com21 and Iospan Wireless. |

Mr.
Gee is a 33-year veteran of the Computer and Communications
Industry with broad experience in high growth technology markets
that include advanced microprocessors, business computers
and high-speed networking. He has taught Computer and Electrical
Engineering Courses at Stanford University and Howard University. |
Mr.
Gee received his BSEE and MSEE Degrees from Stanford University
in 1972. He received his MBA Degree from the Harvard Business
School in 1980. |

Jim
Wagstaff serves as Director of Dell's Advanced
Systems Group in Asia-Pacific and Japan. In this
role, Mr. Wagstaff has responsibility, for Dell's
rapidly growing server and storage business, as
well as being the executive in charge of Dell's
strategic alliance with EMC, in Asia-Pacific and
Japan. |
Mr.
Wagstaff joined Dell in 1995, and has served in
various executive and sales positions in within
Dell.While based in the United States, Mr. Wagstaff
was based |

in the cities of New Orleans, St. Louis and at Dell's headquarters
in Austin, Texas. Prior to his current role, Mr. Wagstaff
was General Manager of Dell's Home, Small and Medium Business
segment in South Asia based in Penang, Malaysia. Mr. Wagstaff
has previously held positions with Brocade Communications,
Inc., and Entr¨¦ Computer Centre, managing sales and technical
functions in England, Singapore and India. |
